Caruggi is named after Genoa’s medieval centre, a series of tiny alley’s in the centre of port city. Caruggi offers a casual but quality dining experience where everyone is welcome for a glass of wine and shared antipasti or to indulge in a three course meal. The menu offers a range of homemade pasta and risotti with a Northern Italian emphasis, plus authentic thin base Italian pizzas. Caruggi is fully licensed with a selection of wines by the glass, aperitives and digestives.
Tuesday regional risotto night: A choice of risotto, salad, bread and a glass of Italian Vino for only $25 per person. Open six days a week for dinner, with bookings advisable (closed Sunday). Lunch groups are also welcome by appointment.
